Prince Villa

A tree dotted path drives us to the estate and the villa entrance, a building dating to the middle of the 19th century, that stands out giving an immediate impact. The villa offers 6 beautiful bedrooms and a lot of indoor common spaces.
It is located on the southern ends of the Murgia, at the border of the provinces of Taranto, Brindisi and Bari, and at about 432 meters above the sea level. The baroque city it belongs to, Martina Franca, just 10 minutes away from the villa, offers a very interesting, historical city centre with many things to see.
Puglia’s hot sun, the eternal sound of the cicadas and general peacefulness paint a timeless picture framed by trees, plants and flowers… and among all of these dreamy prospects, an island of fresh clean water where you can go for a swim or just cool down and also a fully equipped solarium where you can dry yourself off or work on your tan in the privacy of home with your loved ones and friends.
The vegetation all around, vigorous and green, enriched by colored flowers in season, transports us far away from the idea of Puglia as a barren land scorched by the summer heat.
A private little church immersed in the woods is available for blessing and catholic wedding ceremonies, while you can opt for a civil wedding in case you are not religious, since this wonderful location is authorized by the local town hall for legal ceremonies.
